Excellent! Had a good experience with everyone involved.
We found the facility at ICON to be very pleasant, comfortable and inviting. My outpatient kidney and bladder sonogram was done and handled very professionally. They were professional and courteous and made me feel very comfortable.
Very kind people and excellent service from the front desk and all! Thanks for being that way.
The girl at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. The guy in x-ray was great, very helpful, very good in everything he did.
Very pleasant experience, thank you.
100% happy with service and staff.
Very professional, helpful. Need TV in waiting area. I would highly recommend to others.
This is an "LTAC" hospital (Long Term Acute Care) that serves as a bridge between the ER and the rehab center. My dad was here for a combination of stroke/seizures/pneumonia/sepsis (if he could hit the slots like that, we'd all be a lot better off). He was stabe when he arrived at ICON from Kingwood Medical Center, but the staff at ICON have helped him get even better. The doctors are outstanding, as have been most of the nurses. (Note: The nurses told me that they are contracted out, and are only there periodically, so that's a bit strange to me. Still, most were really compassionate and knowledgeable.) Their tech is up-to-date and the location is convenient, right behind the relatively mammoth Memorial Herman Northeast Hospital. Best of all, each patient is assigned a caseworker, who meets with the doctors on your behalf to map out a treatment plan. She also coordinates benefits with insurance companies. It's a great service. I hope you never have a reason to come here, but if you do, rest assured you'll be in good hands.
Athena, Mo, and Marvin were very professional and caring. They made me feel very comfortable. I am not used to having tests done.
